Aliso Viejo, California
Consistent tracts, clean results.
Aliso Viejo is one of the newer cities in the county, built mostly through the 1990s and 2000s. The housing is uniform stucco with painted trim, and the original builder paint on many of these homes is now well past its service life — which is most of what we are called out for here.
Local considerations
A lot of Aliso Viejo homes are on their original coat. Builder paint is thin, so the first repaint benefits from a proper primer coat rather than just color over color.
Nearly every neighborhood here is governed. We work from the approved palette and prepare the paperwork with you.
Two-story entries and vaulted living rooms are common in these floor plans. We have the equipment to reach and cut them cleanly without damaging finishes below.
